My professional journey has been full of learning, growth, and hands-on experience. Every role I took helped me improve my skills and understand work better. I started from the basics and gradually moved to leading a team.
Beginning My Career: Sales Executive at Salary Now
I started my career in January 2022 as a Sales Executive at Salary Now in Delhi. I worked for 6 months in Outbound Sales for Personal Loans. In this role, I learned how to talk to customers, explain products clearly, and convince them about the benefits of the loan. I understood the importance of listening carefully to customers and building trust. This job gave me my first experience in a professional work environment and taught me how to handle rejection and keep trying.
Learning Customer Service: Customer Service Executive
After that, I joined Startek in Noida as a Customer Service Executive, working for Flipkart. I worked for 6 months in Outbound Customer Support. Here, I learned how to help customers, answer their questions, and solve their problems. I realized that good communication and patience are very important when talking to customers. This job helped me understand the value of providing a good experience to every customer and how to stay calm in difficult situations.
Growing in Operations: MIS Executive-Ops
In January 2023, I got a promotion at Startek as MIS Executive – Operations. I worked for Inbound Customer Support and Outbound Sales for Flipkart for one year. In this role, I handled customer queries and also worked with data. I learned how to make reports, track performance, and see which areas needed improvement. This helped me understand how businesses work behind the scenes and how data can help in making better decisions. I also improved my skills in organizing work and solving problems quickly.
Leading a Team: Team Leader-Sales at HOD
In January 2024, I became Team Leader – Sales at HOD in Noida. I worked for 2 years in Outbound Hardcore Sales for Diagnostics. In this role, I led a team of salespeople. I helped them reach their targets, trained them, and motivated them to perform their best. I learned how to manage a team, handle challenges, and make sure work gets done on time. This role made me a better leader and gave me confidence to take responsibility for big tasks.

From starting as a Sales Executive to becoming a Team Leader, I have grown a lot. Each role helped me understand work better and prepared me for bigger challenges. I am ready to take on new opportunities, lead teams, and make a positive impact wherever I work.

Worked in the HOD healthcare process as a Sales Team Lead, handling hardcore sales of radiology and pathology tests and healthcare packages. Along with individual sales targets, I also managed and guided the sales team to achieve overall revenue goals. My responsibilities included team performance monitoring, target allocation, training support, follow-ups, and ensuring high conversion rates. I focused on driving sales growth while maintaining strong team coordination and customer satisfaction.

After 6 months, I was promoted under an internal scheme to MIS Executive – Operations in the Flipkart process. In this role, I managed and tracked the performance of 250+ agents. I was responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. My work included data analysis, performance monitoring, dashboard management, and sharing insights to support decision-making and improve overall operational efficiency.

Worked as a Customer Support Executive in the Flipkart B2B process, where I supported sellers in growing their business from zero to targeted sales. My role included product listing creation, keyword research, listing SEO optimization, advertisement management, and seller support. I guided sellers on improving product visibility, increasing conversions, and achieving their sales targets through strategic marketplace optimization.

I consistently focused on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and service quality.
